  Excellent food! Ice cold beer! Probably the best small town bar/eatery I've ever been to. Everything I love about rural Illinois food and it was done perfectly. I had an amazing burger cooked medium rare, delicious grilled onion, rye, and Swiss cheese. Sweet people, great small burger for my 4 year old son and a nice salad and grilled sandwich for my wife and my sister.
  
  The beef and chicken were fresh and cooked right, real green leaf and romain were used for the salad, and the breads were delicious. If you're headed to the Illinois Railway Museum or just in the area it's work the stop. And worth a 10 minute drive off 90 if you want real food and not fast food.

  Food was decent. Staff pleasant. Pretty confident the kids chicken fingers are of the frozen variety. I think restaurants should be legally obligated to indicate when items are not fresh or made in house.
